Outdoor Design & Living Guide (ODLG) is a magazine created in the Fargo-Moorhead area by local outdoor design and lifestyle enthusiasts and is published by Outdoor Design and Publishing, LLC. ODLG is a niche publication that features many aspects of the outdoor lifestyle in the Red River Valley. It includes do-it-yourself projects, lifestyle stories and human interest stories, expert advice, recipes, gardening features and advice, seasonal stories, landscaping ideas, product guides and much more.

ODLG prints five times* per year and as it approaches its tenth issue, it has built a loyal audience that continues to grow with each issue. By consistently improving upon each issue, the ODLG team aims to raise the bar by which they are operating. ODLG is the only publication in the region that targets the niche of the outdoors and our distribution model is unique.

Outdoor Design & Living Guide is owned and published by Todd and Darcy Fuchs, the owners of Payroll Express Inc. Payroll Express is an established professional employer organization that has been based in West Fargo, N.D. for the past 16 years.

*Due to the advantage of multiple-issue contracts, you may request which issues you’d like your ads to appear in, based on the nature of your business and the time of year the magazine is distributed.

Magazine Distribution

ODLG prints and distributes 15,000 copies per issue of the 40-48-page magazine. It is distributed in select stores from Wahpeton, N.D. to Grand Forks, N.D. and from Jamestown, N.D. to Wadena, Minn., and includes distribution in Fargo, N.D. and Moorhead, Minn. The publication is free and available to the public for pick up and is available via subscription for a fee.
