Fruit Pizza Recipe
Crust

1 tsp. Vanilla

Mix together and spread onto crust. Wash and slice up a variety of fruits of your choice (grapes, strawberries, raspberries, bananas, apples, pineapple, blueberries, kiwi) and place on cream cheese mixture.

3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1/4 c. Lemon Juice (can use less if you so choose)
Boil for one minute and cool to room temperature before pouring over the fruit layer. Refrigerate until served.

Rather than mess with the vanilla and sugar, I mixed my cream cheese with a jar of marshmallow cream. This combo alone also makes a good dip for fresh fruit on those frilly toothpicks for an appetizer or dessert.
